Package
The Essential Business Website — F&B Edition includes a one-time setup fee of S$499 and a monthly subscription of S$99 (excluding payment processing fees), with a minimum commitment of 12 months.
Scope
The package includes three preset pages, basic brand customisation, initial content population within defined limits, basic on-page SEO, one standard domain (subject to eligibility), hosting, SSL, maintenance, support, backups, bug fixes and limited monthly content updates.
Exclusions
Custom design, additional pages, custom backend or CMS, e-commerce, online ordering, custom reservation systems, payment gateways, bespoke integrations, photography, copywriting and unlimited updates are excluded and may be quoted separately.
Content updates
Up to two batches of minor content updates per month, with a maximum of five existing content items per batch, completed within three business days of receiving complete materials.
Term and cancellation
Proposed: after the minimum term, the plan continues month to month and may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Final terms are set out in your service agreement.
